Your questions about getting listed

How do I list my agency?
Click “Add my agency”: a three-step form (your agency, where you are, your services), two minutes, no account. A person checks your listing, then it appears on the map. You receive a link to edit it whenever you want.
Is it really free?
Yes, for good. No commission on the weddings you sign, no paid placement, no sales call. The free listing stays on the map as long as your agency exists.
What do couples see on my listing?
Your name, your city and your pin, your services, languages, styles, starting price and tagline. With a Pro account, also: your phone number and WhatsApp, your full presentation, and the “Verified by Weddtap” badge.
What does the Pro listing change, concretely?
Couples who filter on “Verified” only see Pro listings; they go first between equal listings, and show how to call you right away. It is included in Weddtap Pro, the software for your weddings, from £17 a month, 30 days free.
How are listings ranked?
By what they show, never by what they pay: a listing with a presentation, a starting price, a tagline and a website goes before an empty one. Between two complete listings, the Pro listing goes before the free one.
I work in several regions. What do I do?
One listing, one home city, and a radius up to 200 km or “anywhere”. Couples searching a city see the agencies around it, plus those that travel anywhere. Tick “Destination weddings” if you plan abroad.
Can fellow planners find me?
Yes: the map also serves wedding planners looking for backup on a wedding day, a coordination to subcontract, or a wedding far from home. Your languages and styles help them choose you.
