Terms of sale

This is a translation of the French original. If the two differ, the French version prevails.

1. Who sells what

weddtap.com is published by company name to be completed and offers individuals an online wedding page, reached through a link, which the couple fill in themselves and share with their guests.

2. Plans and prices

Three plans, no subscription. You pay once: nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

• Free — £0, forever. Enough to publish a real website and send it out.
• The Invitation — £35, once. For a full wedding, with no limits at all.
• The Big Day — £59, once. The wedding day included, not just the run-up.

The free plan is limited to 40 guests, 4 moments in the running order, one venue, 3 themes out of ten and 5 frequently asked questions. The details of each plan are public and binding.

Prices include all taxes and are shown in the currency displayed when you order. We may change them; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order.

3. Payment

You pay by card on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe. No card number ever passes through weddtap.com, and we keep none. A receipt is sent to you by email.

4. Right to cancel

You have fourteen days to cancel, without giving a reason (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Write to martinpontegnier@gmail.com and we will refund you within fourteen days, using the same payment method.

One exception to know about: by asking for immediate access to the paid features, you ask for the service to start before the cancellation period ends. Under article L.221-28, 1°, you then give up your right to cancel once the service has been fully provided. The box for this is ticked by you at payment, and is never ticked in advance.

5. Duration

Your page stays online until the wedding, then for twelve months after it with The Big Day plan. After that, you can download it, extend it or close it. We email you one month before the end date.

6. What we guarantee, and what we don’t

We do everything we can to keep your page online at all times, especially on your wedding day. We cannot guarantee absolute availability: a host or network outage remains possible. That is exactly why the page keeps working offline once it has been opened.

You are responsible for what you publish and for the rights attached to it, particularly for photos of other people.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any court action, including through the consumer mediation described in our legal notice.
