The principle

We sell nothing, rent nothing, and never measure your audience on anyone else’s behalf. The pages your guests see carry no advertising trackers.

What we collect

From you, the couple

• Your email address and a password, so you can get back to your page
• What you write: names, date, venues, running order, questions
• The record of your payment, kept by Stripe, not by us

From your guests

• Their name, and whether they are coming
• The number of children, if you turned the question on
• A dietary need ticked from a fixed list: vegetarian, no pork, gluten-free

The free-text field for the caterer

An allergy is health data under article 9 of the GDPR. That is why the free-text “notes for the caterer” field is switched off by default in your editor. If you switch it on, your guests are told before they write, and what they write is deleted with everything else after the wedding.

How long

You choose the date on which your guest list is deleted, at the latest maximum period to be set after the wedding. After that date, deletion is permanent and automatic: neither of us has to remember it.

Where the data lives

On servers located in the European Union. Our processors are host for hosting and Stripe for payments. The content of your page is never transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

At any time, you can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, ask for a copy, or object to its processing. One address for all of it: martinpontegnier@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL) or to the authority in your own country.

Cookies and trackers

The website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The only storage used on your device is technical: it keeps your draft in your browser until you have an account, and it never leaves your device.
