Do my suppliers need to install anything?
No. The link opens in any phone's browser. Once opened, the page stays readable without signal, which matters at a venue in the middle of nowhere.
What happens if I change the schedule?
The link holds the sheet as it was when you copied it. After a change, copy it again and resend it. In Weddtap Pro, it's one link for the whole wedding, and your suppliers carry over from one wedding to the next.
Is my information sent anywhere?
No. Everything is worked out in your browser, and the sheet is written into the link itself, after the # sign, which never leaves the phone of whoever opens it.
