Getting started

01What is Weddtap Pro?
It is the workspace for wedding planners and agencies: your weddings, signed proposals, your couples’ guest pages and your suppliers’ run sheets, all in one place.
02Can I try it before paying?
Yes: a 30-day free trial with every feature and no credit card. Use your real weddings, or sample ones to get a feel for it. You can also start with the one-minute demo.
03Where is my data stored?
On our servers, not in your browser: you find your workspace from any computer or phone, and so does your team. You can download or delete everything from My account.

Your couples and your suppliers

01Do my couples see Weddtap?
Their guests see your agency: the footer of the page reads “Organised by” followed by your name and link. The page itself lives on weddtap.com.
02Can the couple edit their page?
Yes. There is one page, which you and the couple edit together with the same rights: fill everything in yourself, or fill in the schedule and let the couple add their guests. What one of you changes, the other sees.
03Do my couples pay for their page?
No, never. On every plan, each couple’s guest page is included. You can offer it, or build it into your package.
04Do my suppliers need an account?
No. They get a link, open it on their phone, and that’s it: nothing to install, nothing to remember.

Pricing and subscription

01What’s the difference between Solo and Agency?
Solo coordinates your weddings: guest pages offered to your couples, “Today”, supplier run sheets, Day-of mode, an inquiry form. Agency adds running an agency: signed proposals, client questionnaire, logo and colours, a team with unlimited accounts.
02What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing automatic: with no credit card there is nothing to charge. Nothing is deleted and pages already published stay online; you choose Solo or Agency when you’re ready.
03Is there a commitment, and can I get a refund?
No commitment: you stop whenever you like, from your workspace. Within 30 days of your first payment, write to us and you are refunded in full, no justification needed.
