How do I switch from Solo to Agency (or back), or to the yearly plan?
In Plan, the “Switch to Solo” or “Switch to Agency” button opens Stripe’s page, which changes plan pro rata. Yearly is chosen when you subscribe; once subscribed, changing the billing period can’t be done from the workspace.
Changing plan
- Open Plan. Two cards show your current plan (“Your plan”) and the other.
- Tap Switch to Agency (or Switch to Solo): Stripe’s secure page opens in a new tab.
- Confirm: the change is made pro rata, nothing is lost.
PlanSwitch to Agency
The yearly plan costs ten months instead of twelve, paid up front. You choose it when you subscribe, with the Yearly selector. After that, the cards show your subscription’s period; to go from monthly to yearly or the other way round, write to us (see How do I contact the Weddtap Pro team?).
