How do I contact the Weddtap Pro team?
From your workspace, open Help then “Write to the team”, or use the website’s Contact page. On the Agency plan, a reply within 4 working hours is promised, by email, Monday to Friday.
- In the workspace menu, tap Help, then Write to the team.
- Describe what you were doing and what you saw on screen.
- Send: the team reads everything and replies in person.
You can also use the website’s Contact page, the “Write to us” link on your Plan page, or “Write to the team” in Help and in the avatar menu.
