How do I track an enquiry from first contact to signature?
Each enquiry has a stage: New, Contacted, Proposal sent, Signed or Lost. Replying, sending the quote and getting it signed move it forward by themselves; otherwise, change the stage by hand.
The Enquiries screen sorts your couples from the first message to the signed quote. The filters at the top of the list count each stage: Active, New, Contacted, Proposal sent, Signed, Lost.
What changes the stage on its own
- Reply opens your email and moves a “New” enquiry to “Contacted”.
- Sending the quote moves it to “Proposal sent”.
- Signing the quote moves it to “Signed”.
The rest is changed by hand with the Stage menu on the card. “Lost” takes the enquiry out of the “Active” list; a message lets you undo a slip.
