How do I turn an enquiry into a wedding?
On the enquiry’s card, tap “Create the wedding”: the creation form is pre-filled with the first names and the date, and the enquiry and its quote stay linked to the wedding.
Once the quote is signed, the wedding is created in one click from the enquiry. The quote follows the wedding.
- In My clients › Enquiries, find the couple.
- Tap Create the wedding: the first names and the date are already filled in.
- Check the guest page language, then tap Create and open.
- Later, Open the wedding replaces the button on the enquiry’s card.

To find everything about a client, open the wedding’s ⋯ menu: Proposal & contract, Client questionnaire, Payments, Private notes and Time spent are all there. In the editor, the Agency group (Agency follow-up, Documents) links back to them.
