How do I create a quote for a client?
In My clients › Proposals, “New proposal”, then choose the enquiry or the wedding. Write your services, the VAT, the payment schedule and the terms: everything saves by itself as a draft.
The quote (called a proposal in the workspace) is a document the couple reads and signs on their phone. Once signed, it works as a contract under the terms you’ve written into it.
- Open Proposals, under My clients, then New proposal. Choose the enquiry or wedding concerned (For whom?). You can also tap Write a proposal on an enquiry, or Proposal & contract in a wedding’s ⋯ menu.
- Fill in the Title, the couple, the date, the venue and the Proposal language (the one the couple reads it in).
- Add your Services (description and amount) with Add a line.
- Set the VAT, the payment schedule, the Terms and the Valid until date (30 days by default).
- Tap Preview to read it over, then Send to the couple.

The quote is written in the currency of your subscription. It stays “Draft” until you send it, and you find it in the list with its status: Draft, Sent, Signed or Expired.
