How do I find my weddings and switch from one to another?
The Weddings tab lays them out as a list (cards, or a table from six weddings) or as a calendar. Open a wedding with “Open the guide”, and come back with “All weddings”.
Weddings shows three filters, Upcoming, Past and Archived, and a Calendar view that shows the Saturdays already taken. From four weddings, a search field appears.
Reading a card
- Live or Draft: is the page published?
- n days: the countdown. “Date to be set” while there’s no date.
- The replies bar and the alerts: deadline approaching, no suppliers on the run sheet, page not yet published, past wedding to archive.
Switching between weddings
- Tap Open the guide on the card: the editor opens.
- To switch, tap All weddings at the top of the menu, then open the next one.
- On a large screen, from six weddings, click a row in the table: the file opens alongside, and the ↑ ↓ arrows move to the neighbouring wedding.
