How do I reuse my schedule and FAQ on every wedding? Can I duplicate a wedding?
Write your agency template once, in My agency › Agency template: it goes onto every new wedding. There’s no “duplicate a wedding” button, but “Copy from an existing wedding” copies a successful wedding into your template.
The agency template is what you rewrite for every wedding, written once. It applies to new weddings only, never to ones already created.
What the template contains
- Standard schedule, FAQ, Partner accommodation and Usual venues.
- Your Planning checklist method (see How do I write my agency’s method (my planning checklist)?).
Start from a successful wedding
- Open Agency template, under My agency.
- Tap Choose a wedding under “Copy from an existing wedding”, then Copy.
- Adjust whatever needs it: it’s your template, not a copy of the wedding.
