How does the client sign the quote, and what is that signature worth?
The couple opens their link, reads the quote and signs it with their name, with no account. It’s a simple electronic signature: their name, email, date and time are recorded with the quote.
The couple reads the quote on their page, then enters their full name and email, ticks “I have read this proposal and accept your terms” and taps Sign the proposal. You’re notified by email straight away, and the quote moves to “Signed”.
What is kept
- The signature’s name, email, date and time, stored with the quote.
- A “Signed!” page that the couple keeps as their copy, with Print / PDF.
