What is Weddtap Pro, and who is it for?
Weddtap Pro is the workspace for wedding planners and agencies: all your weddings, your enquiries and signed quotes, the guest page given free to each couple and your suppliers’ run sheets, in one place.
It’s an online workspace that runs in your browser, with nothing to install. You manage several weddings at once, and each wedding is a real Weddtap page: the one your guests open with a link.
What you’ll find
- Weddings: one card per couple, with the countdown, the guests’ replies and alerts.
- Enquiries and Proposals, under My clients: the enquiry form to put on your website and, on the Agency plan, quotes signed online and the client questionnaire.
- Payments: what you still have to collect and what you owe your suppliers. It’s a tracker: no money goes through Weddtap.
- Run sheet: one link per supplier, updated live, and wedding-day mode to shift the schedule.
- Agency template and Vendor address book, under My agency: your standard schedule, your FAQ, your planning checklist and your usual suppliers, written once.
Two plans, Solo and Agency, and a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Your couples never pay for their page.
