Can I import my existing weddings and clients?
There’s no file import for now: you recreate your weddings in a few seconds and log your current clients. Only a wedding’s guest list can be pasted in one go from a spreadsheet.
Weddtap Pro has no import function for weddings, clients or quotes. Here is what exists instead.
- For each wedding in progress, tap New wedding: the first names and the date are enough.
- For couples who’ve written to you but haven’t signed, open My clients › Enquiries and tap Log an inquiry (see How do I log a client who contacted me by phone, Instagram or at a wedding fair?).
- For a wedding’s guests, open List and replies and tap Import a list: paste your households from Excel, Google Sheets or your notes, one line per household.
- For your usual suppliers, fill in the Vendor address book once, under My agency › Vendor address book.
