Where do I start in my Pro workspace?
Follow the “Getting started” guide on Home: your agency details, a first wedding, inviting the couple and your templates. Ten minutes is enough.
On Home, the Getting started card lists the steps in order. Each one takes you to the right place.
- Complete your agency details: your first name and phone number sign every guest page and every run sheet.
- Create your first wedding: the first names and the date are enough.
- Invite the couple: a short link and a PRO-… code give them their page already prepared.
- Write your templates: standard schedule, FAQ, hotels, reused on every new wedding.
The menu is laid out like the couples’ one: Home, then My weddings (Weddings, Payments), My clients (Enquiries, Proposals), My agency (Agency template, Vendor address book) and Extras (Free tools), then your Plan, Help and Settings at the bottom. On a phone, More shows the whole menu. The N key creates a wedding, and quick search (Ctrl K or ⌘K, the magnifier on a phone) finds a couple, a screen or a tool.
