Frequently asked questions

Questions about the gift

What if they’ve already started their website?
That’s the most common case, and the simplest: they enter the code on their page, and everything the plan includes lights up. Nothing they’ve written changes.
What if they don’t have a website yet?
The code waits for them: it’s valid for 24 months. They create their website whenever they like, in five minutes, and enter it then. The email explains it to them.
What if they’ve already paid for the plan, or a bigger one?
The code doesn’t apply and the gift isn’t used up: write to us, we refund you. If they paid for The Invitation and you give The Big Day, the gift applies, and we refund what they had paid on request.
Can several of us chip in?
Yes, the old-fashioned way: one of you pays, and you write all your names under “From”. That’s what they’ll read in the email and on the card.
I don’t know their email.
Choose “I’ll hand it over myself”: you get a card to print with the code, to slip into an envelope on the day. You can also add their email later, from the tracking page.
I got the address wrong, or the email didn’t arrive.
From the tracking page (the link is in your confirmation email), you correct the address and resend the email in one click. The code itself doesn’t change.
Which currency, and what price?
The price shown on this page, in the currency chosen at the top: the same the couple would pay. No extra fees, no subscription.
How long is the gift valid?
24 months from payment. Once used, the plan stays on their page until twelve months after the wedding, like for everyone.
What if I change my mind?
As long as the code hasn’t been used, write to us: we refund you in full, no questions asked.
