Find your wedding planner, on the map.

A wedding planner organises your wedding with you, or for you: they find the venue and the vendors, keep the budget and the calendar, then run the day so that you have nothing to manage. Agencies usually offer three levels: full planning, from the first meeting to the last dance; partial planning, when you already have the venue or some vendors; and day-of coordination, where the planner takes over your file a few weeks before to run the day. On the map, each listing says which ones it offers.

The price depends on the package and on the size of the wedding. In France, day-of coordination starts around €1,000 to €1,500, full planning is often between €3,000 and €8,000, or 10 to 15% of the wedding budget. Listings that show a starting price save you a first exchange for nothing; read them as an order of magnitude, not a quote. To go further, read do you need a wedding planner, and at what price.

Search by area first: an agency that knows the venues, caterers and florists around your wedding will save you weeks. Each listing says how far it travels, and some plan weddings anywhere, abroad included (the “Destination weddings” filter). Then filter by service, by language if your families do not share one, by budget. Then write to two or three agencies, not ten: you will compare better.
