New: meet Weddy, the best man who helps you plan it all, now in The Big Day

Your wedding page

Create your wedding website: one link guests open on their phone

The running order, the venues, the hotels, the shuttle: everything your guests keep asking you fits on one page, in your style, in English, French or Spanish. It publishes for free, goes out as a link or a QR code, and opens with no account and no app.

The page

A page that looks like you, in your wedding’s language

  • 10 colour themes, from the light Bastide to the dark Midnight
  • 5 styles: classic, stationery, magazine, album or modern
  • 6 typefaces for your names and big headings
See the themes live

For your guests

The running order, the venues and the hotels, in one place

  • The running order hour by hour, starting from a template you adjust
  • Each venue with its address and buttons for Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze
  • Where to stay: name, description, phone number, price and promo code

Sharing

One link or one QR code, and it’s sent

  • Copy the link, or send it by WhatsApp, Messenger or text
  • The QR code is free, ready for an invitation or a poster
  • Fix the cocktail hour at 11 pm: the page shows the new time the next time it opens

What’s on it

The tabs of your page, one per question

  • The running order

Ceremony, cocktail, dinner, party: start from a template and change the times. Free holds three moments; The Invitation removes the limit.

  • The venues

The address, a note to find the entrance, and three buttons that open directions in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.

  • The hotels

Each place has its name, a description, a number to call, a price and, if you have one, a promo code for wedding guests.

  • Getting home

The shuttle and the taxis: what your guests ask at 10 pm, when they work out how to leave.

  • Dress code and questions

A dress code in two sentences, and your own frequently asked questions. Guests read them before writing to you.

  • Your gift list or fund

A link to the service you chose. Weddtap never handles the money and takes no commission.

How it works

Your wedding page, in three steps

  1. 01

    Your names and the date

That’s all to start: the countdown begins and the page already exists. Pick a theme and a language.

  2. 02

The running order, venues and hotels

You answer questions and the preview updates beside you. What you don’t know yet can wait.

  3. 03

The link or the QR code

Copy the link and send it, or print the QR code. The link stays the same, however much you change afterwards.

Paper has its charm: keep it, and put the QR code on it. Whatever changes goes on the page.

The price

Publishing your page is free

The free plan publishes a real page with its link, its QR code, your guests’ replies, the address, the map and the hotels, with no guest limit. It holds three moments in the running order, one address, one theme and one style. The Invitation (£35, once) removes those limits and adds all 10 themes and your photo; The Big Day (£59, once) adds the day itself and the passcode.

Questions about a wedding website

Is there a wedding website that is really free?
Yes. The free plan publishes a real page with its link and its QR code, and collects replies from all your guests. It limits the running order to three moments and venues to one, and keeps the basic theme. The Invitation (£35) and The Big Day (£59) are paid once, with no subscription.
Do my guests have to create an account?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code and the page appears. Nothing to download, no password, no email address required. You don’t need an account to get started either.
How do I share the link to my page?
Copy it, or send it in one tap by WhatsApp, Messenger or text. On a printed invitation, add the QR code: it opens the same page. The link stays the same even when you change the content.
How many languages can the page be in?
English, French or Spanish, one language per page. You choose it, and it doesn’t change with the guest’s phone. For guests who speak different languages, keep the key details short and easy to follow.
Can I edit the page after sending it?
Yes, any time. Guests see the new version when they reopen the link. You fix the cocktail hour at 11 pm the night before, and nobody needs a new link.
Can I put the page behind a passcode?
Yes, with The Big Day. Guests enter the access code to open the page; it only reaches their browser with the right code. Without it, anyone with the link can see the page.
How long does the page stay online?
Until the wedding, and twelve months after. Then it is deleted with its data, which you can download first. No ads, no reselling.
