New: meet Weddy, the best man who helps you plan it all, now in The Big Day

The big day

Live wedding schedule: the day-of running order for your guests

On the wedding day, your wedding page changes by itself: it shows what is happening now and what comes next. Shuttle running late? You write one sentence and it shows up on every guest’s screen. Included in The Big Day, £59 paid once.

The schedule

The day’s running order, in every guest’s pocket

  • “Happening now” on the current moment, “Up next” on the following one
  • Moments that have passed fade out, upcoming ones stay easy to read
  • Times follow the venue’s clock, not the guest’s time zone
See a page on the day

Announcements

A delay, an instruction: one sentence, and everyone sees it

  • Written ahead with a time: they appear on their own
  • Or “Send now” from your phone when the moment comes
  • Taken off the page, or put back, in one tap

On site

A QR code at the entrance, nothing to install

  • The same QR code as on the invitation, nothing new to explain
  • No account, no password, no app
  • Guests who already have the link have nothing to redo

What your guests see

The page on the wedding day

  • The current moment

A card at the top of the page: the title of what is on, and what follows with its time.

  • Announcements

Your message, signed as a word from the couple with its time, above the schedule. The latest one comes first.

  • The full schedule

The day in one column, moment by moment, showing what has passed, what is on and what is next.

  • My table

The “Find my table” button leads to the name search, as soon as your table plan is filled in.

  • The venue

The address, the directions and the map stay one tab away, for guests lost on the road.

  • The guest book

If you have opened it, one more tab to leave a note, the same evening.

How it works

The big day, in three steps

  1. 01

    Write the day

The moments and their times: ceremony, drinks, dinner, party. Templates are ready, you change the times.

  2. 02

    Prepare your announcements

Two or three sentences, with a time if you know it. Those without one go out when you decide.

  3. 03

On the day, the page follows

The guest page switches to day-of mode by itself. For a last-minute announcement, tap “Send now” on your phone.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the live schedule

How do I share the wedding schedule with guests?
Write it once in Weddtap and send the link to your page, or print its QR code. On the wedding day, the page shows what is happening now and what comes next, on everyone’s phone.
Does day-of mode start by itself?
Yes. The page switches to day-of mode on the morning of the wedding and leaves it at 5 a.m. the next day. The time is the venue’s, not the one on the guest’s phone.
How do I warn guests about a delay?
Open Weddtap on your phone, go to Announcements, write a sentence and tap “Send now”. It appears at the top of your guests’ page in under a minute, as long as the page is open on their screen and they have signal.
Can I prepare announcements in advance?
Yes. Each announcement can carry a time: on the day it shows up by itself at that time. Without a time, it waits for you to tap “Send now”. You can also take it off the page, then put it back.
What if the time of a moment changes?
You edit the time of that moment in the schedule: guests see it when they reopen the page, or on their own within a minute on the day. No link to resend.
Does it work without signal?
Partly. A guest who opened the page before arriving can reopen it without signal, but will not receive announcements until they have some. If the venue has poor coverage, put the wifi on the page and keep a sheet at the entrance.
Is the live schedule free?
No: the live schedule and the announcements are included in The Big Day, £59 paid once, with no subscription. The page, your guests’ replies and the first three moments of the schedule are free.
