How much does Weddtap cost?
Weddtap is free, with as many guests as you like: your page goes live and RSVPs come in without paying anything. The Invitation costs £35, paid once (your photo, ten themes, unlimited venues and schedule). The Big Day costs £59, paid once, and adds the day itself: table finder, live announcements and guest book. No subscription, no commission.
Why charge at all, when others are free?
Because a free service is paid for some other way: often a commission on the gift list or gift fund, adverts or promoted suppliers, or the use of data. Weddtap does none of the three. So the page really is free, with no limit on guests, and you only pay once to go further.
Our wedding planner uses Weddtap Pro: do we have to pay?
No. If your planner subscribes to Weddtap Pro, your page is included in their subscription: they prepare it with you, complete, the day itself included, and you have nothing to pay.
Why not take Weddtap Pro at £17 a month?
Weddtap Pro is built for wedding professionals: every page it publishes carries “Organised by” and a link to their business, which we check. If your wedding planner uses it, your page is included in their subscription. Otherwise, your page costs £35 or £59, once, with no subscription.
How far does the free plan go?
It publishes a real page, with your words, the address, the map, the gift list and your guests’ replies. It puts no limit on your guests. It stops at 3 moments in the running order, one venue, one theme, one style and 5 frequently asked questions, and the cover stays the theme’s rather than your photo.
What happens if we go past a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You keep writing, and the published page keeps whatever fits in the free plan. The day you move up, everything you had already written appears.
Can we move up to the next plan later?
Yes, at any point, even the night before the wedding. You only pay the difference.
What if I’m not happy with it?
Write to us and we’ll refund you. It’s a commitment in our terms of sale (article 4), beyond what the law requires. One payment, nothing renews.
What happens after the wedding?
Your page stays online until the wedding, then for twelve months after. After that it is deleted with its data: you can download everything before then, from My account.
Do you take a commission on our gift fund?
No, never. The page points to the fund of your choice and never touches the money.
Which currency do we pay in?
The one shown at the top of this page, and you can change it whenever you like. These are not conversions: each price was chosen for its own market.
Can Weddtap be given as a wedding gift?
Yes: from the Gift page, you choose The Invitation or The Big Day, write a few words, and the couple receives a code by email (right away, on a date, or from your hand). The code unlocks their page, whether they’ve started it or not, and stays valid for 24 months.
