How do I export my data, erase my weddings or delete my account?

It all happens in My account: “Download my data” gives a complete file, “Erase all the agency’s weddings” empties the workspace, “Delete my account” closes everything. These last two can’t be undone.

Export

  1. In the account menu, open My account.
  2. Under Your data, tap Download my data: a file contains your agency, your subscription, your pages, guests’ replies, enquiries, quotes and questionnaires.

For your accounts, the Proposals and Payments tabs also have an Export as CSV button.

Erase or delete

  1. In My account, open the Danger zone.
  2. Erase all the agency’s weddings deletes the pages, their replies and your template; the agency and the account remain.
  3. Delete my account deletes the agency, its pages and their replies, if you’re its only member. Type DELETE to confirm.
