Who sees what: my team, the couple, suppliers, guests?

Your team sees the whole workspace. The couple shares the page with you and reads your suppliers and their instalments, without seeing your notes, your method or your quotes. A supplier only sees their own sheet.

You and your colleagues: all the weddings, guests’ replies, enquiries, quotes, questionnaires, notes, time spent and payments.
The couple (after your PRO-… code): they edit the page with you, with the same rights. They read your run sheet (who’s coming, at what time) and the suppliers’ payment schedule read-only. They see neither your Private notes, nor your planning checklist method, nor your time spent.
You, on the couple’s side: you see neither their budget nor their plan; the Budget screen is absent when you open the page.
A supplier: only their link, that is, their run sheet (see What does my supplier see on their link? Do they need an account?).
A client with a quote or questionnaire link: only that document, through a secret link that can’t be guessed.
Guests: the published page, signed “Organised by” your agency.
