How do I see my weddings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook?
In Settings › Agency, “Your calendar” creates a private link to add to your calendar. It updates itself with your weddings, deadlines, payments due and remaining steps.
It’s a read-only subscription: your calendar shows what Weddtap Pro contains, but what you change in the calendar doesn’t come back into Weddtap.
- Open Settings › Agency, the Your calendar card, and tap Create my calendar link.
- Tap Add to Google Calendar or Add to Apple Calendar.
- For Outlook or another calendar: Copy the link, then “Add calendar from the internet” and paste it.

- The wedding itself, with its venue.
- The reply deadline, as long as the page is live.
- Every unsettled supplier payment instalment.
- Every step of your planning checklist still to do. What’s done disappears at the next refresh.
