New: add your agency to the directory, free and without an account.

What does my supplier see on their link? Do they need an account?

No account or app: they open the link on their phone. They see their arrival time, their moments, their instructions, the schedule, the venue, who arrives when, their payments and your number. The caterer also reads their numbers.

The supplier has nothing to install or remember: the link is enough.

On their link

  • You’re expected at their arrival time, and Your instructions, written for them alone.
  • Your moments: the ones you gave them, at the top of the page, and marked “Yours” in the schedule.
  • The schedule for the day, with “Now” on the current moment, and The venue with directions.
  • Who arrives when, so they know who they’ll meet, and Your contact on site with the Call button.
  • A Got it button: it tells you they’ve read this version. On your run sheet, their line turns “Confirmed”; if you change their sheet, the button comes back for them.
  • An I’ve arrived button: it tells you the supplier is on site.
  • Your numbers for the caterer, the pastry chef and the venue: confirmed covers, adults and children, dietary requirements, people who haven’t replied.
  • Your payments: their own instalments, “Paid on …” or “Due …”. Never another supplier’s.

The foot of the sheet carries “Organised by” your agency. On the Agency plan, your logo and colour dress the header.
