How do I use wedding-day mode, and see who has arrived?
On the wedding’s card, ⋯ then “Wedding-day mode”: you see who’s arrived, who’s running late, the schedule in progress, and you shift what follows in one tap. The screen refreshes every 30 seconds.
Wedding-day mode is the day’s dashboard. The day before and on the day itself, it moves to the front of the wedding’s card; it’s also offered in Today.
- On the wedding’s card, tap Wedding-day mode.
- Under Arrivals, read for each supplier “expected at …”, “arrived at …” or “running late”. Call starts the call.
- Under The running order, spot “Right now” and shift what follows if needed (see The schedule is running late: how do I shift the day?).
WeddingsWedding-day mode
A supplier appears as “arrived” when they tap I’ve arrived on their link. An arrival logged by mistake is cancelled with Undo arrival.
