How do I send an announcement to guests on the wedding day?
In the wedding’s editor, the Announcements screen (Big day) lets you prepare short messages and send them at the chosen time or in one tap. They appear at the top of the guests’ page within a minute.
An announcement is a sentence that all your guests see at the top of their page, including those already waiting outside. It goes through no email or text: it’s the page that updates.
- Open the wedding, then Big day › Announcements and tap Draft an announcement.
- Write The message (under 140 characters reads at a glance).
- Give a time under Send at: it will appear by itself on the day. With no time, tap Send now when the moment comes.
