How do I send a supplier their link, and renew it if needed?
In the run sheet, “Copy their link” gives one link per supplier, and “Copy the shared link” one link for the whole team. Links stay the same: whatever you change shows on them within a minute.
- Open the wedding’s Run sheet.
- For one supplier, tap Copy their link and send it (text, WhatsApp, email). Preview shows what they’ll see.
- For the whole team at once, tap Copy the shared link: the schedule and who arrives at what time, without individual instructions.

Links are “live”: if you change a time or an instruction, everyone sees the updated version without you resending anything. They switch off fifteen days after the wedding.
