How do I create my suppliers’ run sheet?
On the wedding’s card, “Run sheet”: add each supplier with their trade, arrival time and instructions. The schedule and the address come from the wedding’s page.
The run sheet tells each supplier where and when they need to be, and who to call. You fill it in once; it keeps itself up to date.
- On the wedding’s card, tap Run sheet (or ⋯ then Run sheet).
- Tap Add a supplier, then a name from your address book or New supplier. Enter the Role, the Name, the Phone, the Arrival time and the Instructions for them only.
- Under Their moments, tap the moments of the schedule that concern them: their link puts these first and marks them “Yours”.
- Check that the wedding’s schedule is filled in: it’s what the supplier reads.
Each supplier is a line: their time, whether they opened the latest version, and Send to send them their link on WhatsApp. Tap the line to open their details.
