How long does my page stay online, and can I take it down?
Your page stays online until the wedding, then for twelve months afterwards, whatever the plan. After that, the page and its data (guests, replies, guest book) are deleted automatically and for good.
The duration is the same for everyone, on the free plan as on a paid one. Before the deadline, download what you want to keep: your data from My account, the guest book from Big day.
Taking the page down sooner
- The editor has no button to take it offline.
- To make it inaccessible without deleting it, protect it with a code (The Big Day plan).
- To close it or erase everything before the deadline, write to us or delete your account (see How do I delete my account and my page?).
