A supplier’s link shows “This link doesn’t work”
The link was cut off when copied, has been renewed, or the wedding was more than fifteen days ago. Copy it again in full from the run sheet, or resend the new link if you renewed them.
The supplier reads: “It may have been cut off when copied, renewed by your wedding planner, or the wedding was more than fifteen days ago.”
- Open the wedding’s Run sheet and tap Preview next to the supplier: does the link open for you?
- If so, Copy their link again and resend it in full (some messaging apps cut a long link).
- If you did Renew all links, the old ones are switched off: send the new ones to everyone.
