Can I get a refund if the plan doesn’t suit me?
Yes: “Not happy? Write to us and we’ll refund you.” It’s a commitment in the terms of sale (article 4), beyond what the law requires. You also have 14 days to withdraw.
- Write to the team (see How do I contact the Weddtap team, how fast do they reply, and what can they do?) giving your account email and your page’s address.
- The refund is made within fourteen days, by the same payment method.
For a gift, the giver is refunded in full as long as the code hasn’t been used: see How do I give a wedding page as a gift to a couple?.
