How do I contact the Weddtap team, how fast do they reply, and what can they do?
Through “Write to the team” (in the avatar menu, at the bottom of the editor’s menu or in Help) or at hello@weddtap.com. A human replies, usually within one to two working days.
- In the editor, click Write to the team (bottom of the menu or in Help), or the avatar › Write to the team.
- Choose What is this about?: a question, feedback on the product, something isn’t working, something else.
- Write your message and your email so we can reply.
To get help faster
- your page’s address, and the screen concerned (written from the editor, the screen, the plan and your progress are attached automatically)
- your account email, for a payment
- if your wedding is within seven days, say so: those messages go first
The team answers questions before you start (even when the answer is no), deals with a problem on your page, refunds, and looks into reported content (reply within forty-eight working hours). It doesn’t fill in your page for you and doesn’t recommend suppliers: no caterer or photographer pays it to appear.
