I have a wedding planner: how do we work on the same page?
Your planner prepares the page in their Weddtap Pro workspace and gives it to you with a PRO-… code: you find it in your editor, with a simple view. You pay nothing.
The planner prepares the page then invites you (see My wedding planner sent me a PRO-… code: how do I use it?). It’s a gift, with every feature.
What changes for you
- A Your planner card (email, call) and the “Organised by …” mention on the page.
- A Simple view, the essentials for the two of you; See everything brings back the full tool.
- A shared countdown plan: each milestone says who takes care of it.
- Your budget stays yours; the suppliers list, though, is kept by the planner and you read it.
Taking the page over in your name, without a planner
- On Home, click Take the page over in our name.
- Read what it changes: the address, replies and guest book stay; your planner can no longer edit the page; it goes back to the free plan (the seating plan, announcements and access code come back with The Big Day, which you pay for yourselves).
- Confirm with Take over the page.
