How do I keep track of what I still have to collect?

The Payments tab lists the instalments of signed quotes, flagging what’s overdue. Tick “Paid” once you’ve been paid, or “Remind” to prepare a reminder email.

Payments shows three markers: what’s to collect, what’s overdue and what’s to pay suppliers. Under “To collect”, each instalment of a signed quote has its line, from most to least pressing.

Open Payments.
When a deposit or balance has been paid, tap Paid on its line (or Mark as paid in the quote).
For an overdue instalment, Remind appears: your email app opens with a ready message for the quote’s signatory.
