VAT, legal details, invoices: what does Weddtap do on my quotes?
Your quotes handle VAT (amounts before VAT, including VAT or “VAT not applicable”) and print your legal details at the top. Weddtap doesn’t issue invoices: invoicing stays with you.
In a quote, the VAT block offers three choices: Amounts before VAT (with a VAT rate (%), 20 by default), Amounts including VAT or VAT not applicable. The total before VAT, the VAT and the total including VAT are shown, and the payment schedule is worked out on what the couple actually pays.
Getting your legal details on
- Open Settings › Agency.
- Fill in Legal details on your quotes: company number, address, VAT.
- They print at the top of every quote. Without them, Weddtap reminds you before sending.
