How do I send a quote to a client?

In the quote, tap “Send to the couple”: choose the email Weddtap sends in your name, or “Get the link” to send yourself by WhatsApp, text or your email app.

Before sending, Weddtap checks your quote: anything that would stop the couple reading or signing it blocks the send (no amount, couple with no name, validity date passed); the rest is flagged but doesn’t stop you (no payment schedule or one that doesn’t add up, missing legal details).

In the quote, tap Send to the couple.
If needed, fix the points under To check before sending with Fix.
Choose: By email, from Weddtap (enter The couple’s email, then Send the email) or I’ll send it myself (Get the link, to paste into WhatsApp, a text or your email app).
Tap Done.

The quote moves to “Sent”. You see it turn to “Signed” as soon as the couple signs, and you’re notified by email. The email goes out in your name; replies come to your address.
