My couple hasn’t received their invitation
Weddtap only sends the email if you tap “Send the invitation”. Check the address and the spam folder, or send the link and the code yourself by WhatsApp, text or your email app.
- Open ⋯ then Invite the couple on the wedding’s card.
- Check the address entered under “Email it to the couple”: a typo is all it takes.
- Ask the couple to look in their spam folder, then tap Send the invitation again.
- If “Sending failed” appears, the message stays ready: Copy the message or WhatsApp.
The message contains the short link and the PRO-… code: the couple can also type the code on the code entry page.
