How do I create my seating plan?

In Seating plan (The Big Day plan), create your tables then seat your households. Pick Simple mode (a list) or Drawing mode (you drag the tables as in the real room).

Choose the mode: Simple (your tables as a list; the drawing takes care of itself for your guests) or Drawing (shapes, seats, zoom).
Add a table (round, rectangular, top table), give it a name (“Lavender table”) and a number of Seats.
In Not seated yet, tap a household then its table (in Drawing mode, you can drag it onto the table).
Print the plan to have a paper version.

A household that didn’t reply online? Type their name into the table to add them to your list. A full table shows “full”, and a household that is “no longer coming” is flagged.
