How and when do my guests find their table?
They type their first name in the Table tab: their table appears, with their neighbours and the drawing of the room. By default only on the day itself, from 5am to 5am the next morning.
A first name is enough: typos and accents aren’t a problem. If several guests share the same first name, the page asks which one they are. If nobody is found, it suggests trying the surname or asking at the entrance.
What the guest sees
- the name of their table
- the first names of those seated there (“With you at this table”)
- the drawing of the room, their table lit up
- not the guests at other tables
Showing the plan before the big day
- Open Seating plan.
- Switch on Show the plan before the day.
