How do I switch on the guest book and read the notes before they appear?
In My guide › Guest book (The Big Day plan), open the guest book: your guests leave a first name and a note on the day. You can read everything before it’s published, then show, hide or delete each note.

- Open My guide › Guest book and switch on Open the guest book: a “Notes” tab is added to the page, on the day only.
- Choose Review before it appears: nothing shows until you’ve approved it.
- The notes arrive in Notes received: Show, Hide or Delete.
A guest writes their first name and a note (1,000 characters at most). If you review first, they see that the couple will read it before showing it.
