What happens on the big day, for me and for my guests?
On the wedding day (from 5am to 5am the next morning), the page switches to wedding-day mode by itself: “Right now” and “Next” follow your running order, and depending on your plan the table, announcements and guest book appear.
Nothing to switch on in the morning. The page reads the time at the wedding venue (the time zone is set in My guide › Cover), not on each guest’s phone.
On your guests’ side
- The running order puts forward what’s happening now and what comes next.
- The Table tab replaces Nearby if you have a seating plan.
- Announcements show at the top of the page.
- The Notes tab (the guest book) opens if you’ve switched it on.
On your side
- On the editor’s Home, It’s today gathers four shortcuts: Send an announcement, The seating plan, Messages received, See our page.
- Everything works from your phone, no computer needed.
