Which emails does Weddtap send me, and how do I stop some of them?
Account confirmation, password, payment receipt, the Monday recap and a few tips after you create your page. The recap and the tips can be switched off in My account; nothing goes to your guests.
What you may receive
- the confirmation of your address, then a welcome note
- forgotten password and change of address
- Tips after you create your page: a few emails over the two weeks that follow
- The Monday recap: the week’s new replies, only if there are any
- the payment receipt (from Stripe), and the emails for a gift given or received
- a goodbye email if you delete your account
Stopping the recap or the tips
- Open My account (avatar at the top right).
- Flip the switch for The Monday recap or Tips after you create your page.
The sender is Weddtap, hello@weddtap.com: add it to your contacts so nothing is lost in junk. Account emails (confirmation, password) can’t be switched off. Nothing goes to your guests: see Does Weddtap send messages to my guests?.
