I’ve forgotten my password, or I want to change it
On the Sign in page, click “Forgot your password?”: a link arrives by email (valid for an hour, one use). To change it while signed in: My account › Password.
Forgotten password
- On the Sign in page, type your email first, then click Forgot your password?
- Open the email: the link is valid for an hour and works once.
- Choose a new password (eight characters at least): you’re signed in.
Changing your password
- Open My account (avatar at the top right).
- Enter the New password then Change password.
A password already leaked in a data breach is refused. Changing your password signs your other devices out: that’s intended.
