How do I import my guest list from Excel or my notes?
In List and replies, click Import a list and paste it from Excel, Google Sheets or your notes: one line per household. You check it before importing.

- Copy the column of names from Excel, Google Sheets or your notes (one line per household).
- Click Import a list and paste it into Your list (or pick a .csv or .txt file).
- Check the households it recognised, fix the number of adults or children, remove the ones you don’t want.
- Click Import N households.
“Claire & Paul Martin” makes a household of two, and emails or phone numbers pasted on the same line are picked up. Households already in the list are skipped: no duplicates.
