How do I give the caterer the numbers (covers, dietary needs, shuttle)?

List and replies › For the caterer counts the adults, kids’ meals, dietary needs and dishes, in total and table by table. Copy the summary; the Excel download and the CSV export come with the paid plans.

  1. Open List and replies and scroll down to Export.
  2. Under For the caterer, click See the summary: only the households who are coming are counted.
  3. Click Copy the summary to send it by email, or Download for Excel.

Also in Export

  • Export for the caterer › Export as CSV: one line per household (people, adults, children, reply, dietary needs, dishes, table, note).
  • Weekend summary, if you have extra moments, the shuttle or accommodation: who’s coming to brunch, who’s taking the shuttle, who needs somewhere to stay.
