How do I ask about dietary needs, allergies, children and the menu?

The settings
- Ask whether children are coming: with their age, so the caterer sets out the right chairs.
- Offer dietary requirements as tick boxes: vegetarian, no pork, gluten-free.
- The menu: offer 2 to 4 dishes (five at most); each adult picks theirs. With no dish, the question doesn’t show.
- The weekend, shuttle and accommodation: a yes or no per moment, for the shuttle, and “still looking for somewhere to stay”.
Every question fewer is a quicker reply. Replies arrive household by household in List and replies, and in the caterer summary.
