I can’t sign in, or I’ve lost access to my page
Check the address and password, use “Forgot your password?”, confirm your email if it isn’t yet, and think of your other addresses. Without an account, the page is only found again from the same browser.
- “Wrong email or password.”: check the address you signed up with, otherwise click Forgot your password?
- “This address isn’t confirmed yet.”: open the confirmation email, or Resend the confirmation email.
- Try your other addresses: you may have used a different one.
- You didn’t have an account? The page can only be found again from the same browser: see How do I pick up my page where I left off?.
Did your other half create the page? Ask them for a new “Prepare it together” link: you’ll get your own account.
