How does a guest reply to the invitation? (to pass on to Granny)
They open the link, tap “Reply to the invitation”, choose “We’ll be there” or “We can’t make it”, give adults and children, then send. One reply per household.
- Open the page link (or the personal link they were sent).
- Tap Reply to the invitation.
- Choose We’ll be there or We can’t make it: a “no” takes two taps.
- If it’s a yes: the household’s name, the number of adults and children, then depending on your settings dietary needs, the menu, the other moments of the weekend, the shuttle, accommodation, and a last word (up to 3 steps).
- Tap Send our reply.
To change their mind, the guest reopens the page from the same phone: See or change our reply. From another device, they can reply again with the same name: the reply files onto the same line if the name matches. After the deadline, they can still reply.
