What do my guests see on my page, and what don’t they see?
A page in tabs: Home, Venue, Nearby, Timings, Info, plus Table and Notes depending on your plan. They never see your budget, your guest list, your suppliers or other people’s replies.
What they see
- Home: your names, the date, the countdown, Add to my calendar, the reply button.
- Venue: your addresses and directions (Google Maps, Plans for Apple Maps, Waze).
- Nearby: where to stay, getting there.
- Timings: the running order of the day.
- Info: what to wear, the gift list or fund, the common questions.
- Table and Notes: the seating plan and the guest book (The Big Day).
What they don’t see
- your budget, your countdown plan, your suppliers: nothing from the Planning space
- your guest list, or the other households’ replies
- the emails and phone numbers you’ve noted down
- the guests at other tables (they only see their own table)
